  A1 范围
  本设计标准适用于输送水、污水和其他流体的球墨铸铁管:
  ——有压或无压管道;
  ——有或没有地面和交通荷载。
  A2 引用标准
  以下引用标准所包含的条款,一经本标准引用,即构成本标准之条款。凡是标有日期的引用标准,其随后所有的修订版均不适用。但是,鼓励本标准达成协议各方研究采用最新版本标准可能性进行研究。对于未标明日期之引用标准,最新版本之标准文件视为适用。ISO和IEC的成员持有现行有效的国际标准登记簿。
  ISO 2531—1998:用于水或燃气的球墨铸铁管,配件、附件及其他接头。
  ISO 6708—1995: 管道工程部件——定义和DN(额定尺寸)的选择。
  ISO 7186—1996: 污水用球墨铸铁产品。
  ISO 7268—1983/Amd.1—1984: 管道部件——额定压力的定义——修改件1。
  ISO 10802—1992: 球墨铸铁管道——安装后的液压试验。
  A3 术语和定义
  对于本国际标准,ISO 7268—1983/Amd.1—1984给出的定义及以下定义当适用。
  A3.1 允许工作压力
  部件在长期使用中能够安全承受的内部压力,包括冲击压。
  A3.2 允许最大工作压力
  部件在长期使用中能够安全承受的内部最大压力,包括冲击压。
  A3.3 允许试验压力
  新安装在地面上或掩埋在地下的部件在短时间内可承受的最大的液体静压力。
  注:本试验压力不同于系统的试验压力,后者与管道的设计压力有关,目的是保证管道的整体密封性能。
  A3.4 埋置
  材料在埋设的管道周围的布置及形式,对管道性能具有影响作用。
  见附图A-1。
  A3.5 底层
  埋置的下面部分,由下底层(必要时) 和上底层构成。

  A3.6 底层反作用角
  计算模式中使用的约定角,用于计算管道内底的实际土壤压力分布。
  A3.7 压实
  在安装过程中将土壤有意地压实。
  A3.8 标准葡氏密度
  AASHTO T99定义的使用2.5kg夯锤和305mm锤落的土壤压实度。
  A4 设计程序
  管壁厚度应具备足够的强度来抗衡流体的内部压力以及因回填和交通产生的外部荷载的影响。
  使用第A5条款和第A6条款给出的公式,可以通过两种方式设计埋设的管道: 由期望的内部压力和外部荷载计算管壁厚度,或对每种选用的管壁厚度确定允许压力和覆盖土层的高度。附录A1和A2分别给出这两种情况。
  设计公式可用来计算最小的管壁厚度t,作为t1和t2的较大值:
  ——t1用于承受因内部压力造成的圆周应力 (见第A5条款);
  ——t2用于限制因外部荷载造成的径向偏移和弯曲应力 (见第A6条款)。
  然后,将ISO 2531规定的铸造公差加到最小管壁厚度t上,确定需要的额定管壁厚度;这样就可以选择适当的标准厚度等级。
  本程序是基于内部压力和外部荷载的单独设计; 这是因为球墨铸铁管组合应力的边际效应是为高的设计安全系数充分覆盖的(见A5.2)。
  注: 国家标准和法规可以规定其他的设计方法。
  A5 内部压力的设计
  A5.1 设计公式


  式中 t1——承受由内部压力引起的环向应力所需最小管壁厚度,mm;
   p——内部压力,MPa(见A5.2);
   D——ISO 2531中规定的管道外径,mm;
   Rm——材料的最小抗拉强度,MPa (ISO 2531规定为420MPa);
   SF——设计安全系数(见A5.2)。
  A5.2 设计安全系数
  最小的管壁厚度t1在最大允许工作压力下应采用设计安全系数2.5进行计算,而在允许工作压力下则应采用设计安全系数3进行计算。
  注: 符合ISO 10802的已安装球墨铸铁管道的现场试验允许使用附录A1所示的允许试验压力以下的试验压力进行。
  A6 外部荷载的设计
  A6.1 设计公式


  其中:


  式中 △——管道的径向偏移,用外径D的百分数表示;
   Kx——取决于底层反作用角的偏移系数;
   q——因外部所有的荷载造成的管顶上的垂直压力,MPa;
   S——管道的径向刚度,MPa(见ISO 2531和ISO 7186);
   E′——土壤反作用模量,MPa;
   E——管壁材料的弹性模量,MPa (球墨铸铁为170000MPa);
   I——单位长度管道面积的二次矩,mm3;
   D——ISO 2531规定的管道外径,mm;
   tm——管道径向刚度的计算厚度,mm;
   t2——限制由外部荷载引起的径向偏移和弯曲应力的最小管壁厚度,mm;
   t——管壁公称厚度(见A6.4,注2),mm。
  注:本设计公式是基于Spangler模型 (见附图A-2),其中向下作用的垂直压力q:
  ——在管道顶部沿着直径范围是均匀分布的;

  ——同管道内底向上作用的压力相等,均匀地分布在底层反作用角2α范围;
  ——产生一个管道偏移,使管道侧面受到一个横向的反作用压力,在100°角范围内为抛物线分布。
  A6.2 施于管道上的荷载
  作用在管道顶部的总垂直压力q为两个压力之和:

q =q1+q2


  式中 q1——地面荷载的压力;
   q2——交通荷载的压力。
  注: 交通荷载的压力q2要大于加在地面上的普通静荷载的压力; 不过任何不正常的地面荷载可能需要特别进行考虑。
  A6.2.1 地面荷载的压力
  下式应用于由管道上方紧挨的地面棱柱的重量计算q1:

q1=0.001γH


  式中 q1——管道顶部的压力,MPa;
   γ——回填层的单位重量,kN/m3;
   H——覆盖土层的高度(从管道顶部到地面的距离),m。
  在没有其他数据的情况下,土壤的单位重量,对于最大多数的情形应取为20kN/m3。不过,若初步的地质勘测确定的实际单位重量不到20kN/m3,也可以使用实际值来确定q1;或者,实际值高于20kN/m3,则应作用实际值。
  A6.2.2交通荷载的压力
  q2的值应按照国家和/或地方适用的标准和法规来计算。
  然而,下面的简化公式因其覆盖了大多数的交通法规和类型,可以用来计算q2:


  式中 q2——管道顶部的压力,MPa;
   β——交通荷载系数;
   H——覆盖土层的高度,m;
   DN——额定尺寸。
  注1: 当H<0.3m时,本公式不适用。
  应考虑的三种交通荷载类型为:
  ——主道路,β=1.5: 这是一般的情形,出入道路除外;
  ——出入道路,β=0.75:禁止车辆行驶的道路;
  ——乡村地区,β=0.5:所有其他的情形。
  注2: 在有些国家,国家法规要求使用较大的β值。
  所有的管线在设计上至少是β=0.5,而相邻道路铺设的管线在设计上应能承受道路的满荷载。最后,对于管线可能处在交通荷载特别高的情形,可使用系数β=2或β>2。
  注3: 对于埋设在铁路或机场地下或承受工地上繁忙交通荷载的管线,另加特别要求。
  A6.3 土壤与管道的相互作用
  底层反作用角取决于安装条件(底层、侧面填土压实) 以及管道的径向偏移(特别是大尺寸管道)。
  侧面填土层的土壤反作用E′的模量取决于埋填的土壤类型和管沟类型(见附录A3)。在缺少适用标准或其他数据时,在设计阶段,对五种典型的管沟类型和六种土壤类型使用附表A-1给出的E′值(见附录A4)。
  注1: 这些数据对埋设在路堤和管沟内的管道有效。
  注2: 初步地质勘测允许土壤的分类和E′值的正确选择。
  注3: 当管沟支撑留在原位,或被取出,以便使侧面填土层压实在原来的管壁上,附表A-1的E′值适用; 否则使用减小的E′值。
  注4: 地面情况非常不好时,必须使用一种保持土壤安定的垫层,防止埋填移动,造成土壤反作用模量E′损失。

  ①根据土壤类别及其含水量,只要在管沟内堆填土壤就能达到标准葡式侧填密度70%~80%。
  ②使用OE′值时应能保证始终达到高的值。

  A6.4 允许的管道径向偏移
  对于大多数常用的管道,附表A-2给出允许的管道径向偏移△max。这些值提供足够的安全性,以抗衡管壁的屈服弯曲强度、衬里变形、接缝渗漏以及管道的耐液压能力降低。但是,国家标准和/或工厂的产品目录可制定更加严格的限制。例如,对于水泥砂浆衬里,该值为3%。

  管沟类型1:堆积埋填;
  管沟类型2:标准葡氏密度75%以上的很轻度压实的埋填;
  管沟类型3:标准葡氏密度80%以上的轻度压实的埋填;
  管沟类型4:标准葡氏密度85%以上的中度轻压实的埋填;
  管沟类型5:标准葡氏密度90%以上的高度压实的埋填。
  注: 当能够做到适当的均匀支撑时,管道通常放在平底管沟上; 在其他情况下应使用一层松土做底层。

附录A-d 土壤分类

  以下土壤类别用于埋填的各种土壤,它们用于管道周围管沟内压实的或不压实的埋填,为管道提供支撑。这些类别同制造的材料一样,是根据天然存在的土壤进行分类的。它们也用于对未动用过管沟壁材料的分类。
  A类土壤——尖角均粒石料 (6~40mm),还包括一些有地方特色的填料,如碎石、碎砾石、豌豆级砾石和碎壳。
  B类土壤——细粒很少或全无的粗粒土壤。
  C类土壤——粗粒土壤,其所含细料和细粒土壤的塑性为中等到无,粗颗粒多于25%,液态物质限制在50%以下。
  D类土壤——细粒土壤,塑性为中等到高,粗颗粒少于25%,液态物质限制在50%以下。
  E类土壤——细粒土壤,塑性为中等到高,液态物质限制在50%以上。
  F类土壤——有机土壤。
